We provide high quality powder coating and media blasting services with a quick turnaround. We are a custom coater and can handle virtually any project you have – large or small. We have two 12’ x 12’ overhead doors 5-ton fork truck and can load/unload inside.   

OVEN – 10’ wide x 10’ high x 25’ long, with Allen Bradley PLC controls.    

POWDER BOOTH – 16’ wide x 12’ high x 36’ long. 

POWDER GUNS – Parker Ionics – 2 fluidizing hoppers and one box feeder. 

RACKS - Heavy duty 25’ long racks with 4,000lb weight capacity

PRETREATMENT BAY – 16’ wide x 12’ high x 36’ long.  Consists high temp pretreatment wash bay - alkaline cleaner, iron phosphate and zirconium conversion coatings for ferrous and non-ferrous substrates and non-chrome sealer stages.

POWDER COLORS - We stock over 200 different powders.  RAL’s, Metallics, Textures, Veins, High Gloss, Satins and Matte sheens.
